CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY

New color clients and/or large color & extension appointments require a credit card and/or deposit to book.

We ask that you inform us of the need to cancel your appointment as early as possible. Same day appointment cancellations and no-shows will result in a fee of 100% of the services booked.

A credit card and/or deposit will be required to book future appointments after a same day cancellation or no-show.

Tardiness of 15 minutes or more may result in a late fee or rescheduling of your appointment.
